HBC offers two types of Architectural BlockSplit Face and Ground Face. You can see both styles everywhere including shops, offices, businesses, and churches. Both styles are bound to be the mainstay of architectural block for years to come. You are afforded tremendous design flexibiltiy since both styles of block are available in many colors, chamfers, scoring patterns and special shapes.

Split Face Block
Split Face Block is the most consistently popular of the architectural block types because it offers a uniquely textured face and can be manufactured as a paint grade product or in a variety of attractive colors. Our split face unit enhances the innovative designs of today's architect and provides a cost effective alternative to some of the more expensive building faces available in the industry.

Ground Face Block
Ground Face Block showcases the natural beauty of aggregates. Each exposed face is ground to reveal the variegated colors of the natural aggregates. Rich in appearance, ground face block provides a finished look that cannot be duplicated. Ground Face Block is also ideal for use as accent areas when used in conjunction with Split Face Block.
