At a separate six acre plant west of town, The Hagerstown Block Company formulates and produces the highest quality Ready-Mix Concrete for every specification. Crushed stone, washed sand, portland cement, and special admixtures are weighed to computer controlled quantities and then conveyed out to the trucks. Each truckload is individually formulated to the desired specifications and slump level.
